Registration cancellations must be notified to the Educate Plus team (events@educateplus.edu.au) at least 24 hours prior to the event in order to obtain a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as ‘no shows’, are liable for the full registration fee.
In the case of Chapter Conferences this notification period is one week. Cancellations during this period will be liable to full cancellation charges.
Staff member substitutions may be made if the registered delegate is unable to attend.
Where the registered delegate is an Educate Plus member and the event has an additional fee for non-members this will extra amount will be payable by the replacement delegate.
Educate Plus reserves the right to make last minute alterations to the program or speakers if necessary to ensure the success of our events.

Trainees are responsible for their own airfares and accommodation. Cancellations must be advised in writing to the CEO ceo@educateplus.edu.au no later than 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations received before this time may receive a refund of registration fees less the cost of the text books and an administration charge of $40.
According to the updated International Conference cancellation policy Conference terms & Conditions:
- A reduced administration fee of $9 is applied to all cancelled reservations
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund - Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days and no shows will be charged as per the standard booking conditions.
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the Educate Plus team (events@educateplus.edu.au) and can only be granted for cancellation requests received no more than 7 business days since purchase and as long as the course has not already been accessed.
Participants are unable to graduate from their course until course fees have been paid in full, all online course work has been assessed and all course videos have been watched.
By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the Course fees (including GST) for the Course using the payment method selected on the registration form.
The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if he/she does not complete the Course.
While the course is self-paced, it is required to be completed by 31 December 2021. Extensions can be granted for exceptional cases.
