Complete this Application/Renewal Form to apply for or renew your subsidised Regional Corporate Membership. The cost of the Regional Corporate Membership AU is $675 (+gst). This subsidised Corporate Membership provides you with 5 Memberships (each additional member $125 +gst). The Membership is subject to approval by the Chapter President and the CEO, and will be reviewed annually.
