  • Work Health and Safety legislation and practice
  • Workplace surveillance

4. Investigations, Termination and Litigation

  • Understanding legal claims and the litigation process
  • Termination of employment: redundancies, misconduct and
  • performance
  • Organisational change and restructures
  • Investigations: when, why and how

Learning Hours & Assessment

Attendance at the 1-Day face-to-face training is a requirement.

The People & Culture course provides 6 hours of face-to-face training.
