ONLINE Admissions SIG – What Parents Want

NSW/ACT Chapter invites you to join them for this final Admissions SIG of the year.

“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.” – Mahatma Gandhi

Come with us on a customer journey, considering the different touch points along the way. What can we do to keep customers engaged along the journey? How can we give them the best onboarding experience? Once they are with us, what can we do to keep them? If they leave, how can we learn from their experience and ensure they leave well?

No matter how long your waiting lists are, you will save time and build your reputation as the school of choice, by making your customers not just satisfied but turning them into ambassadors.

We will hear from a panel of three specialists all about customer retention, as well as giving plenty of time to ask questions and learn from one another.
