We have been using ClickUp for over a year now and love it! It is fantastic for assigning tasks and team collaboration, especially with part-time staff or across campuses. You can mark your tasks with custom, colour-coded statuses like In Progress or Editing to see the progress easily. We can also integrate with Gmail and other Google platforms for a streamlined workflow. Having tasks, docs, deadlines, forms and chat in one place reduces the need for separate tools. The dashboard is great for reporting and tracking workflow. Space/folder permission can be assigned and customised. I could go on and on, but arranging a demo with them would be more helpful to see if it has the specific functionality you’re after.
