We run Open Mornings approximately every month and Principal Tours 3 times a year after school. The Open Mornings cater for about 150 people each time, with a Principal Address and two students speaking about their experiences – one a Year 12 and the other a Year 9. Our Student Ambassadors then take the tours and finish with all the Leadership Team and Admissions staff at the end. We also survey immediately and get very positive feedback, particularly about our students taking the tours. Principal Tours are at 4pm for max. 10 families with the principal taking them around the school, accompanied by 3 students and myself. These book out well in advance. I would also book tours at other schools or get your team to visit a few and then take what will work for you. Good luck!

    Hi Cathy
We are also a Catholic single gender low-mid fee school with 930 students. I am the Director of Development and Community Relations and I have a team of one Registrar (FT), one Marketing Coordinator (FT), one Graphic Designer (0.8) and the Archivist (0.2). Alumni falls under me and the Marketing coordinator and we manage all the community events with a team of staff across the College. I would dearly love another resource for alumni as it is difficult to focus time on this area of the College with so much else going on.

    Hi Renia,
Not a specific API to Docman unfortunately. Our Registrar manually uploads key documents relating to enrolment into Docman. Hopefully one day that can be developed – another huge time-saver!

    Cheers

We sent them all out through Enquiry Tracker.

    Hi Renia

We use Synergetic and Enquiry Tracker for our applications which allow us to automatically upload all information. We just trialed the online offer/acceptance forms for all our 2025 offers we sent out last week and it worked perfectly, saving our Registrar loads of time.

    All the best

We also use Enquiry Tracker and I would second everything that Katie has said. We use it for the full application process as well as all our Open Events, Prospectus downloads and general inquiries. Their reporting functionality continues to improve and their is a great range of data becoming available to use for reporting up the chain.

    All the best
