I am surprised so many marketing/comms teams look after this, actually.
At Mercedes College SA our Head of Timetable coordinates the photo times and liaises with the photo company.
Our ICT department uploads images to our internal system and the photo company print and deliver our student ID cards.Our marketing team has access to the database for Yearbook purposes.
