All ordering is done directly with the photography company.
We have an Events and Calendar manager who liaises with the photographer for dates, and booking into the School Calendar. Events manager also sends an email campaign to parents advising them of where, when and uniform requirements. It is then passed on to the Primary and Secondary School assistants to organise sendind data information to the photographers and organising with teaching staff for students to attend the sessions within their relevant schools on the day.
Hi Danielle. We are using Campaign Monitor for our weekly newsletters to parents, which are mainly just dates, upcoming events and other day to day information. Most of our admin team know how to use Campaign Monitor and can easily add items as they come in. We have a dedicated news website on WordPress for our “news” articles.
