Like Belinda we ask for all the usual application forms and letter of offer to be signed. This then covers the school for all the usual events and disclosures. If you have a special fee arrangement you can note that in the terms and conditions.
We expect the legal guardian of the student to always sign application and offers regardless of the organisation who is facilitating the enrolment.
We also allow the homestay family access to all information and the parents consent to this on enrolment.

Yes we run a similar programme each year in July/ August. We do not conduct formalised testing for study tours but we do for full time FFPOS students.
Each study tour student is interviewed via Zoom or WeChat video call to confirm they have sufficient baseline English to be both safe and also engage with the curriculum at a basic level.

Hi Katie
We use Funnel for our offers and all signatures go through that system. Both parents have to sign. We have not encountered any issues with this. Prior to the signature, parents have to tick that they have read certain policies (for which a hyper link is provided). They cannot proceed unless they tick the acknowledgement that they have read the policy.
