In our setting, we have a 12 month provisional clause on all enrolments, with a six-month review. This is stated in our Enrolment Agreement in addition to outlined enrolment criteria and expectations. Wording example below:
This agreement is provisional for the first 12 months of placement at XXXXX with a review to take place after 6 months. Further investigation and clarification may be required after this time to determine suitability to continue enrolment at XXXXX. If no further clarification is required, this agreement is made for the duration of the child’s placement at XXXXX.
