Hi Rachelle,

Thanks for your feedback! We also use our app to distribute our newsletter, in addition to sending via email. When I have expressed interest in distributing via the app only, we have received pushback from parents who like (and are used to) having the newsletter land in their inboxes.

Can I ask, if you previously distributed via email, how was the parent feedback when you made the switch to the app?

Thanks for jumping in! We send out our newsletter weekly to current families – one per campus, so two newsletters are crafted each week.

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your feedback! We have considered something similar for distribution, but are unsure of how to navigate this in terms of having an ‘unsubscribe’ function when emailing to our parent database. (We use SEQTA instead of SchoolBox/TASS.) Can I ask how you have navigated this requirement?

Thanks for your feedback! It sounds like SendHQ is a great option for us and we’re in the very early stages of looking into this. If you don’t mind me asking, how does the SendHQ pricing compare to Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.?
