Our Deputy Headmaster manages the annual class photos and student ID photos, and then our office administration staff process the orders and load the student ID photos to our student management system.

Medbury (boys preparatory school in Chch of 420) cut down from 4 printed/year to 2 printed/year to 1 printed/year. We are going to go digital with our Yearbook this year (with an option to order printed) and introduce a digital annual report. The magazine is already digital for our wider community, but we may go digital for our current and protective families in 2024. It will be interesting to watch this thread.
