Hi Kirsten, we use navvi newsletter (I newsletter), you can very easily manage the parent data, parents have the option to unsubscribe and it goes straight to their inbox. It provides adequate statistics and seems to do the job well.
I’m certain here are other applications out there that do just as well, but maybe a consideration
My suggestion is you go to a branding agency or a company that can produce exactly what you need.
In Sydney my suggestion is Brand Culture and or Cunneens.

I spent alot of time evaluating both pixevety and school bench and am using Pixevety.
You cannot operate a school without one of these applications.
It is not an overnight success, onboarding takes time, you need to work very closely with ICT and training staff and yourself as a user is also very costly in terms of effort.
But benefits outweigh everything. Suggest you have one person in the business that becomes the champion of it in terms of how to use it effectivey.
