We recently had demos for Funnel, Enquiry Tracker and EnrolHQ and are leaning toward EnrolHQ which appears to have a lot more functionality and better integration with Synergetic.
We collect this with the Enrolment Acceptance. It is attached to our form that requests emergency contacts and medical information.
We also have a ‘code of conduct’ that would cover it, however where there have been particular concerns, I have sometimes added in some extra wording in the enrolment offer letter/email, such as:
‘XXXXX’s continuing enrolment is subject to his satisfactory attendance and effort in all aspects of school life.’ orXXXXX’s continuing enrolment will also be subject to the following conditions:
• She must be in regular attendance at school
• She must complete all assessment work requirements
• She must agree to meet with the counsellor, XXXX XXXX, in order to assist her transition to Senior.The Principal or Head of Middle school has also, on occasions, drawn up a separate contract/agreement with conditions laid out for the student to sign/acknowledge.
