Hi Mandy, I completely agree, it seems every time you turn around there is a new printed publication for schools to advertise in and if you are not in them then it is very visible. I asked this same question at the last Educate Plus Conference during one of the workshops and I was encouraged to minimise the budget amount spent on printed advertising (WhichSchool Magazine, Schools of Excellence, Private Schools Guide etc) and focus on the digital aspect of these magazines. Depending on your budget, I would choose the least expensive ad – maybe a 1/4 page and focus your budget on the digital benefits that will boost your website ranking.

We were also using Flexischools but we have now moved to Spriggy Schools due to Flexischools charging too many fees. Spriggy do not charge for top-up, withdrawal, subscription or inactivity fees, they do charge $0.29 service fee per order though. We found that Spriggy Schools app has a smoother and faster user interface and allows greater control of how things can be ordered in the Café. For example, a Late Orders menu allows a second cut-off time for busy parents who realise they forgot to place orders. Our cafe staff have been really happy with the transition. Hope this helps :)
