Our Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Associate to join our vibrant team in a long service leave replacement capacity (February – June), with the potential for an extension. This role is essential in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support throughout the admissions process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for prospective students and their families
Responsibilities include:
- Provide first-class customer service to prospective families via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate student records and coordinating the admissions journey from inquiry through enrolment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of admissions events such as Open Days and Orientation Days.
- Collaborate with the Communications & Community Engagement Specialist to promote the college through various media channels.
- Role model and exhibit Kingswood College Values.
Successful applicants will have:
- A background in business, marketing, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A love of working with people and be incentivised by achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems like Synergetic and Enquiry Tracker, desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people.
- Hold a valid Employment Working with Children Check.
