The College is seeking to appoint a dynamic Admissions Associate / Admissions Officer. This role will work across the three metropolitan campuses as a member of the Community Engagement Department. This is a full time and ongoing position.
The Admissions Associate / Admissions Officer is an important member of the team responsible for enrolments and engagement with future families. The role is outward facing with key responsibility for phone and event support of families, administrative tasks associated with enquiries, enrolment and the pre-commencement process.
The role also provides vital support to the Campus Admissions Manager to ensure the efficient operations of the campus admissions office. The role is important in the engagement of families through the management of enquiries, collaboration with colleagues, and engagement across various areas of the College to support enrolments, reporting and the Wesley journey. Experience with Synergetic would be highly regarded and customer service background would be highly valued.
