What is the Role?
As Admissions Specialist you will manage the admissions pipeline for K – 6 students; generate and implement leads for Kindergarten entry; and conduct enrolment interviews as part of an enrolment panel. This role is a 12 month contract role, full-time, with a view to permanent and commences immediately.
Who will the successful applicant be?
• Experienced in a similar role or a current primary school teacher, ready to make the leap into an Admissions position.
• Ability to use knowledge of education and childhood development into a welcoming entry experience for future families
• Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiating capabilities, able to relate to senior stakeholders as well as the youngest members of our community.
• Advanced problem solving capabilities, able to develop action plans and implement those plans, involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong administrative and management skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possessing strong integrity and ethical behaviour, maintaining confidentiality and privacy
• Capable of working calmly under pressure and with adaptability in a fast paced environment
• An understanding of and commitment to the School’s Christian mission, values and ethos
