The Admissions course outlines the basic principles underpinning contemporary practice and standards in Admissions within the education sector.
The course will equip you with practical skills for you to advance your career in Admissions and is suitable for beginner to intermediate-level practitioners within the field.

The Admissions course covers the following topics:
- Admissions drivers and leading practices
- Implementing and managing an Admissions plan
- Mystery shopping
- Legal considerations in Admissions
- Admissions Marketing
- Admissions structures and resources
- Admissions data collation and reporting
- Increasing enrolments and how your office compares (self-audit)
Learning Hours & Assessment
You are expected to complete a self-audit survey prior to attending the face-to-face training (30 minutes to complete).
Compulsory attendance at the 2-day face-to-face training is a requirement. This is 12 hours of face-to-face training.
